Your Complete Player Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the 999a online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://999a.win. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 999a platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you accept all terms and conditions contained herein without reservation.

999a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or contact information associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or bonus offers. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a 999a account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 999a or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partner companies.
• You must not have had a previous 999a account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

999a reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation (national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo ID) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time a compliance review is initiated. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically five (5) business days from the date of request — may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

Registration of an account constitutes a declaration by you that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. If any of these criteria cease to be met after registration, you are obligated to notify 999a support at [email protected] immediately and to cease using the platform until the situation is resolved.

3. Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999a login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 999a will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999a platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999a supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is granted by the 999a compliance team following a formal request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. 999a does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days will generally be processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. 999a reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time beyond the standard schedule.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 999a are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant game or market page and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these General Terms, the product-specific rules shall govern for that product.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after the applicable bet acceptance window has closed.
• 999a reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or offered in error, including markets with clearly incorrect odds.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a market has suspended are void.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 999a's specific sport rules for the relevant competition.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG software. Results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of perceived unfairness of outcome alone.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without notice.
• 999a reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account, including restricting maximum stake sizes, without obligation to provide a reason.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the platform at the point of bet placement. For live cricket markets during BPL and T20 World Cup events, minimum stakes are ৳50 and maximum single-bet payouts are capped at ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

999a offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated that an offer is repeatable.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used for wagering first, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, Baccarat, and certain crash games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• 999a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Combining multiple bonus offers simultaneously is not permitted unless specifically authorised by a current promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 999a platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

999a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. A voluntary account closure will be processed within two (2) business days of the request being received. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's registered payment method.

Players who have activated the self-exclusion tool under our Responsible Gaming programme may not request account reopening until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will not be processed under any circumstances, including where the player claims the exclusion was made in error.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

The 999a platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous uptime and reliability, 999a does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• 999a is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• 999a is not responsible for losses resulting from network outages, mobile banking service interruptions, ISP failures, or other technical issues outside of our direct control.
• Gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. By using 999a you accept full personal responsibility for all bets and wagers placed using your account credentials.
• 999a does not provide gambling addiction treatment or counselling services. Players seeking help are encouraged to contact qualified support organisations.
• Third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi) operate their games under their own technical infrastructure. 999a is not liable for technical malfunctions within third-party game software, though we will work with providers to resolve any verified malfunction in good faith.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 999a arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 999a's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external remedy.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Your complaint must include your registered account username, a clear description of the dispute, the date(s) on which the relevant events occurred, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction reference numbers, etc.). 999a will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If the internal dispute resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome, you may seek independent advice or pursue remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any right you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually waived.
